Sorry, once you have made the reservation, there are NO REFUNDS for any cancellations. No refunds for early check-outs, inclement weather, or in case of eviction.

To Reserve a Room:

· $200 deposit for rooms with 1 Double bed, $250 for 1 King , $350 for 2 double beds

· Deposit is deducted from the gross room cost

Security Deposit:

· Security deposit is $50 per person, minimum $200 on rooms with 2 double beds.

· Upon inspection of the rental unit, security deposit is refunded
