WEEKEND/HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS SUBJECT TO RATE CHANGES AND MINIMUM STAYS RATES ARE FOR 1 OR 2 PERSONS * $10.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON * WD = WEEKDAY/ WE = WEEKEND.   We encourage a family atmosphere, and do not tolerate any rowdy behavior. All reservations are subject to final approval of management Cancellation Policy: For all standard reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited. All standard reservations cancelled outside of 10 day policy will result in a $25 plus tax processing fee. For Senior Week Reservations all cancellations are non refundable. For Group reservations cancellation policy varies. Reservations are held until 8 p.m. If not noted for late arrival reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Advance Deposit: 1/3 Deposit required to guarantee reservation never less than 1 nights deposit. Credit Card used for reservation must be presented at check in by card holder's name that appears on it; we do not accept credit card payments from cardholders who will not be checking into hotel. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process. Open late April to mid October. Rates quoted for two persons. Adults $10.00 per day. Children $6.00 per day (under 16 years). Cots or cribs available for rent $10.00 per day, advance notice required. Rates do not include 10.5% tax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Personal checks and money orders accepted for advance deposits only. Parking limited to one space per room. Check in time 3pm | Check out time 11am. Bikes & Pets: Bikes are not allowed in motel but may be parked at outside bike rack. Pets are not permitted onto any part of motel property. Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance. Generally, a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons. A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons. If your party consists of five or more, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people.
